Firmware for CT50 V1.09

Hi,

Wondering how to upgrade the CT50's firmware. It's currently 1.04.64

The update firmware button on the iPhone app is greyed out.

I have four CT50 units. All on different firmware. How do I get them on the same firmware?
CT50 V1.88 with firmware 1.04.71 another CT50 V1.88 with firmware 1.04.71 and CT50 V1.88 with firmware 1.04.71
and the last one with CT50 V1.94 with firmware 1.04.64.

...interesting .....my version is CT50 1.09 1.04.64......in android application there is a button for firmware upgrade...but it seem that do nothing

Hi, I just installed a new CT50 and it has firmware 1.04.69 My iPhone shows an update button If I upgrade will I have to reset everything? Also this question may not be topic per tenant but I can see the app on my iPad, iPhone, and the web, none of the temps and such are the same, is this normal? If I adjust all my settings from the web app will they migrate to all devices? The web app is a lot easier to see and set up. Thanks for your help. Mike Quigley

Updating the firmware should not erase your current settings.
