I have 2 routers in my housing linked using WDS (One as Master and the other as slave). The WIFI has been perfect with no weak spots.
The WDS was disrupted as soon as I plugged in the WIFI module into the 3M-50. The adhoc signal emitted by the WIFI module seems to have disrupted the working of the WDS. I have to switch off the slave router to get my WIFI to work. I've been able to configure the thermostat and everything is working fine. However, when I plug in the slave router, the whole network is disrupted. I have unplug the second router and I now have weak spots in my home WIFI network. Has anyone experience this symptom before? Any suggestions to resolve this issue.
Information on my network:
Router: Buffalo WZR-HP-G300NH
Network protection: WPA TKIP
I've tried setting the 3M-50 to static IP, but that doesn't solve the problem.
Any ideas of router settings that I can try? Please help.....
Thanks in advance.
