does not work at all

i just downloaded the free version onto my home windows 2003 server with all updates. i fire it up and it loads, finds both the tstats, upgrades em, i hit skip for the email addy and it loads the main screen and crashes.
DW20.EXE runs in the background until i kill it but the main window just disappears, temp is briefly shown in the taskbar and then its gone.

Try deleting it, then when you re-install it make sure you link your thermostats with your radiothermostat.com account. You can also right click on the .exe file (the application file) and click run as administrator.
